What will we achieve?

Our goal for senior school management during these two-day workshops is to provide an opportunity for:

Personal and professional critical reflection within a supportive professional environment.

Identifying new ways of building a shared vision within the whole school.

Examining current thinking and practice on motivation, progression and professional feedback.

Developing strategies to support the school vision under Ofsted inspection.

Personal re-evaluation of self and your place within your organisation.

A view of capacity building.

Who is working with you?

We have a core of senior associates who are interested in the leadership of the four strands of your work.

They consist of:

:: Lynne Walker

:: David Dickson

:: Fiona Eldridge

All too often consultant experiences are positive at the moment of input, but fade quickly. We seek to form a longer-term relationship with our schools that will be built around tailored programmes for senior management teams, head teachers, governors and the teaching and ancillary staff.

We believe that head teachers and senior managers require very specific support in identifying future professional growth and we are offering an initiating experience which is built upon the use of executive coaching, peer mentoring and the development of pro-active strategies to support change specifically for this group. Our view is that in order to think differently about personal and professional values and principles, critical professional friendship is a crucial factor in support and reducing stress.

The conferences and workshops are designed to enhance these aspects, but within a supportive and refreshing environment. With this in mind the location and ambience of our chosen venues has been an essential decision making factor in the construction and delivery of the course.

Our team is made up of school managers, senior staff from Higher Education, members of OfSTED HMI, and human resource managers from the private sector.
